All of this together allowed us to go from land purchase to ribbon cutting ceremony in ten months. On a commercial project that is absolutely mind blowing. “When our realtor recommended we speak with his son-in-law about building our full-service RV Dealership, I agreed to, but really didn’t expect that it would go anywhere. Boy, was I wrong about that. I have built many custom homes and several commercial properties, including a 65,000 sq. ft.
