“I writing this letter to express my appreciation for all the work JEBCO performed for my company at 697 6th Street, Prescott, Arizona. You took a difficult situation and made it work by taking a building that was designed for one application and retrofitting it into another. I was very pleased with all that you did, not only the Construction of the Building, but working directly with the Architect, Engineer, going through a very difficult permitting process, as well as working with the Buyers on their specific Tenant Improvements. In addition, I want to commend your Staff, Subcontractors and Suppliers for their professionalism and workmanship. This project not only came in under the allotted time, but under budget which allowed us, at your suggestion, to incorporate some additional upgrades. I am continually searching for new projects, and I am looking forward to working with JEBCO again in the future.”
